Exercise daily (he recommends in morning)
Breathing techniques daily whilst focusing on positive thinking
Action & Perseverance
Understand your goals deeply
Explore honestly motivations & reasons for excuses you give (to yourself & others)
Do not lose your drive (even if doing well)
People become like their peer group
Bit about relationships if thinking bad things think about someone think of at least the same number of good things.
Don’t assume people have done something to hurt you – usually the actions are not about you
Save 10% of your earnings, spend less than you earn
Change your internal dialogue from should to MUST (if you desire that action / outcome)
Eat wheatgrass!
