Stresses importance of not being a cog in the wheel.  Most interesting bit is the Chinese word for “crisis” (simplified Chinese: 危机; traditional Chinese: 危機; pinyin: wēijī) is composed of two Chinese characters respectively signifying ‘danger’ and ‘opportunity’.  Note this is not the only motivational book to contain this information.  Other sources mention that this translation is incorrect and out of context, the second bit does not mean opportunity!
