A Gremlin is negative self talk that hinders you, it actually brings negative things forth. Be aware you have a Gremlin and simply observe it, often it will change over time. If you try to fight it the Gremlin will grow stronger as you then focus on it.
Be willing to learn new things. Deliberately review and revise your limitations and aspirations, be aware that Gremlins maybe based on previous events that are no longer relevant. Book encourages breathing techniques to assist focusing on the moment. Accept and embrace the process of change. Try to be playful, live in the moment which means that negative self talk won’t hold you back.
