Another good book by John C Maxwel in which he discusses characteristics of a good leader and more importantly how to develop them. Includes things like being interested in others, keep on learning, listen to everybody and thinking more about what others want rather than what you want. Be authentic, be hard-working, have integrity and do what you say. Lots of examples from historic leaders which are quite interesting, builds on but very similar to his other books.
