6. Lose a fight write – journal your thoughts when feeling low helps release feelings
7. Keep the faith – helps you stay positive- spirituality helps you as you can think of a greater good
8. Say no (gracefully) – build them up when you say no thanks for the opportunity. If you just say yes all the time you let people down
9. Understand the power of discipline. Talent alone is only the building block to success. Doing something you don’t want to do can be a stepping stone to helping you achieve what you want to achieve. Note, if you can get others to do this it is leadership
