Interesting book that outlines learned from growing up and successfully starting two large businesses.  First business he sold for lots of money after losing his interest in this and he noted the culture of the business changed when expanded. Interesting analogies to business and poker for example sit at the correct table (this represents choosing the business correctly that you’re going into).

Various interesting stories from his past which he relates to a business mindset. After get lots of money he realised this didn’t lead to happiness and basically to achieve happiness purpose is what you need to seek rather than money.  Once you have enough material possessions and can pay your bills there is not much more happiness that additional money can bring to you. He loves Jim Collins & quoted the book ‘Good to Great’ a lot.

His second company Zappos he believes thrived due to it’s unique fun culture.  Contains details about how to develop company culture. Having fun employees that are enjoying their purposeful work and at the same time are personally developing is what he recommends.
