Find Your Why A Practical Guide for discovering purpose for you and your team by Simon Sinek

Follows on from the book ‘Start with Why’ as the title suggests focus is on finding your why. Has exercises that you can complete to find your own personal why and develop over time a slogan that is personal to you. It doesn’t matter if sounds the same as other’s ‘Whys’ as long as it means something to you.

In addition has workshop plans in which you can help corporate companies find their collective Why. Really does have a step-by-step process of how to do this.  If you are in management consultancy suspect you could just use this workshop immediately from the book and charge accordingly for it!
Overall book is quite dry but I’m sure if you were motivated enough you could implement a workshop solely from reading this book
