Book contains 55 points like the two above as well as some happiness stuff about time & money gained not having things to look after.

Interestingly written by a single 35 year old male who has gone from being an insecure person desiring to impress others to not caring what others think (at least that is what he writes). Did make me wonder perhaps he is single due to his minimalism!
