Wake up early and use this to undisturbed time to be productive working on what is important to you.
Your mindset when you are going to sleep is extremely important – so you can in essence choose to wake up in a good mood. When you are productive in the morning this encourages you, so you can then repeat the cycle and consider getting up earlier.
The first five minute waking up is the hardest so prepare to make this easier, move your alarm so you have to get out of bed, drink a full glass of water jump in the shower or get your workout clothes on. Suggests you can get up early you full of energy, ready to go fired up – if you want to try this experiment feel free, I haven’t!
