Improve your thinking by aiming to transfer any useless thoughts into purposeful organised thoughts.

Only focus on what you can control, your desires, your words, your intentions as you want your thoughts to serve a useful purpose. Think will the outcome of a decision change the way you live?

Try to stick to facts, not assumptions. Be aware of cognitive biases and don’t be afraid to think about some things for a long time as you usually don’t need an immediate decision.

Aim to focus on things that help improve your habits, as thinking and learning both need ongoing attention over time.

Suggests thinking about past is only useful if regarding reflection and learning, as otherwise this stops you being present in the moment. Stop thinking and start feeling.
