If you are planning on becoming an elite athlete this is a great book if not worth read if you are interested in stories about Michael Jordan. This book refers to unstoppable people as ‘cleaners’ throughout.

Claims the principles are applicable to other careers, or even parenting, am not certain of this. In essence suggests that absolute dedication to one overriding goal should be your sole focus of your life. After succeeding continue to be hungry for the next challenge.  Don’t get complacent, never be satisfied and don’t stop to celebrate instead look for things that you can work harder on.

Few amusing anecdotes such as referring to entourages of PHDs (professional holders of dick) whom he thinks of as money grabbing distractions that just tell the person how good they are which stops them improving!
