Amusing at times, has 4 letter words to avoid such as: must, asap and easy. Particularly avoid ‘easy’ when referring to other peoples tasks. Encourages for marketing purposes aiming to get mentioned on internet sites rather than aiming the New York Times. Hire the best people with outside interests, wherever they are located. If you are thinking of running or are running a business this is a good book to read.
