Interesting book that starts with neuroanatomy, examples of which emotions sections of the brain control, how these sections interact together and which sections are activated when various tasks are being completed. This is followed by psychological studies outlining experiments on people’s decision making and finally goes on to explore genetics and the environment interaction. Mentions a whole range of hormones and neurotransmitters. Worth a listen if you’re interested in the neuroscience and how this relates to behaviour.
