Nice short book which ends with an enlightening interview with the author. The gist of this book is that life is full of challenges. When life is going well (a peak) realise that this is due to a combination of things that are often out with your control and appreciate it, plan for hard times and don’t be arrogant. When things are not going as well (a valley) think of this as a learning opportunity. The learning opportunity may not be immediately apparent but it will allow you to enjoy the next peak with more satisfaction.
