Classic book that is enjoyable to read. The point is to do the worst task first in a day, don’t put the worst task off. Refers to tasks as frogs, hence the title. Argues if you put the worst task off it will hang over you and you won’t do other tasks as well. Instead by tackling this first you are then revitalised to complete other tasks.
