Contains a bit about reframing situations, for example think that someone may have done an action due to another reason to make you feel better. Outlines ways to challenge irrational beliefs and method for overcoming these such as don’t over generalise. Keep asking “what if” or “so what” and get exposed to the irrational fear(s) regularly.
