Written by a popular American Talk Show Host who’s known to be friendly and witty. This light-hearted short book has minimal content with some observational humour that is mildly amusing at times, although to be fair am not her target audience. The main inspirational parts are that one should be a positive, open-minded, kind, interested in others, put away your phone, enjoy relaxation, eat kale, practice yoga, not be overly serious and overcome challenges with determination.
