Author’s reflections on her life – initially starts with story of how she got to a point of struggling a life; debt, divorce, juggling too many tasks and feeling constantly on the run. She gets diagnosed with multiple sclerosis which prompts her to change her lifestyle.

Then goes on to say ways of improving your life; her suggestions are eating lots of greens, yoga, downsizing and decluttering.  In addition appreciating nature, friends, having time to just watch things and enjoy the world without rushing.

She thought up the you can only wear 33 items of clothing in the 3 month challenge & gained publicity from this. From my perspective this seems quite easy as when they explained it gym clothes and clothes in the home along with numerous other things don’t count.

Basically is trying to say not to be as busy as you are, working to buy stuff that you don’t need and have a never-ending to-do list. Suggest when someone asks you how you are don’t say the word busy (as makes you feel busier). Another interesting suggestion is instead of asking how your day has been you should ask what has made them smile today.
