Presence, Power and Warmth
The main 4 types of charisma are:
Visionary, Authority, Focus and Kindness.
Focus and presence are very similar concepts as both involve living in the moment with 100% attention. To appear more powerful take up more space and fidget less. To improve your warmth try imagining the people you are speaking to as having angel wings!
