Really liked this one well written by a Professor, so unsurprisingly quotes various studies as evidence to back up ideas that are contained. Outlines that fearlessness, calmness under pressure and great social skills are some of the positive attributes that psychopaths often possess. Referring to characteristics as dials, if you can adjust these and control these then the skills are very useful for leadership or armed forces work. Author goes into a mental institution and interviews psychopaths who have a great ability to live in the moment and practice mindfulness. However psychopaths struggle to control their emotions. Interviews popular author Andy McNab, then outlines the experience of using an experimental machine that temporarily turns the author into a psychopath and experiences a massive surge in confidence!
