Basic financial book aimed at people in their early twenties.  Helps make you plan financial goals and keep financial planning in your mind.  Of note he recommends not getting a financial advisor, if one is necessary hire one with flat fee no commission.  Author likes index tracking stocks. Important bit establish what is your priority, pay on things that you are passionate about and be frugal with things that you are not passionate about.  Explains that the difference between being cheap and frugal is that being cheap causes pain to others around you unlike being frugal.  Suggests using tax savings schemes such as 401K plan (USA pension) and IRA (equivalent of a UK ISA).
